When: Every third Wednesday of the month from 6:30 to 9pm

Cost: $20 per person (Up to 8 guests per dinner) + you bring whatever you would like to drink (e.g., beer, wine, sparkling water, etc.)

These monthly dinners will inspire you to make local, seasonal, nutritious food and produce front and center in your diet all year round.

This cooking class will inspire you to make whole foods front and center in your diet and help you with getting organized and happy in the kitchen. Learn delicious recipes and preparation techniques that will help you make the most of seasonal and nutrient-dense foods.
12 Steps to Better Health: An Integrative Approach. Learn about an approach to better health and nutrition that takes into account all areas of your life, including your relationships, your studies, your career goals, your social life, your finances, your creative outlets, your body, and your spirituality. We are complex beings with one opportunity to live our lives on this planet. Get inspired to live your life to the fullest and achieve the things you’ve always wanted for yourself.
Weigh Less. Live More. This workshop explores reasons for why people “get in the way” of their own health, how it can be difficult to break unhealthy eating cycles, and provides a vision for how you can find new habits that support your health, achieve the permanent shedding of pounds to reach ideal weight, and pursue the life you have always wanted for yourself.
